What happens when my free trial ends?
Your account stays active but you lose access to paid features. Any work you created is preserved. You can upgrade at any time from your account settings.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from Settings → Plan. Downgrade requests are handled manually — contact us and we'll take care of it.
Is there a contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. We're not billing live yet — when we do, you'll get advance notice.
What does "design partner" mean?
Design partners are a small group of boutique agency founders who get full early access in exchange for structured feedback sessions and roadmap input. It's a real program with mutual commitments — not a discount.
When will billing go live?
Billing isn't active yet. All plans are currently free during early access. We'll notify every user at least 30 days before billing starts.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one active team member who can log in and run pipeline sessions. Seats are counted at the team level. You can add or remove team members from your agency settings.
