ClarixMIA
Pre-Seed Investment Opportunity
Structured market intelligence for boutique agencies. From $59/month. The workflow layer that enterprise tools ignored and AI chatbots commoditised without solving.
The Problem
Boutique marketing, PR, and strategy agencies win or lose on the quality of their client pitches. Enterprise research tools (Crayon, Klue, Similarweb) cost $10K–$15K/yr. So 100,000+ agencies in North America do what they've always done: Google searches, gut instinct, and hope.
Boutique agencies have been outgunned for years — not on ideas, but on infrastructure. Larger firms have research teams. They have subscriptions. They have speed. ClarixMIA closes that gap — solo practitioners from $59/month.
The Solution
ClarixMIA is a structured 4-stage market intelligence workflow built for boutique agencies, starting at $59/month for solo practitioners.
Not a chatbot. Not a database. A repeatable process that turns raw inputs into pitch-ready competitive analysis in hours. The workflow is the moat — structured, auditable, and agency-branded on output.
Product Suite
ClarixMIA ships two tiers: a solo intelligence pipeline for individual practitioners, and an agency collaboration layer for teams running multi-client engagements.
Core Plan — Solo Practitioner
A structured 5-stage pipeline: Triage → S01 Market Intel → S02 Competitive → S03 Deep Audit → S04 Narrative Report → GTM Plan. Repeatable, auditable, and client-ready on output. From $59/month.
Agency Add-Ons — Team Tier
Multi-user workspace with role-scoped permissions (Principal, Account Lead, Coordinator). Five specialised workflows layered on top of the core pipeline:
- Crisis Mode — Rapid-response competitive threat brief in under 5 minutes — triggered by any agency member when a competitor makes a move.
- Pitch Workspace — Structured multi-user pitch intelligence with Principal framing gate, gather checklist, AI synthesis, and approval workflow.
- Campaign Intelligence — Channel-by-channel competitive audit (Website, Social, PR, Search, Reviews) for creative teams preparing a campaign launch.
- Deep Strategy — Versioned living strategy brief with competitive monitoring over multi-week engagements — daily, weekly, or monthly cadence.
- Strategic Review — Then-vs-now synthesis that compares prior recommendations against the current competitive state to track what changed.
Product Roadmap
ClarixMIA v0.9 ships the execution engine — a structured pipeline that turns raw inputs into client-ready intelligence. What follows is the layer that makes the platform genuinely intelligent: a five-phase evolution that adds memory, attention, synthesis, and learning to every engagement.
Foundation
Q2 2026Client Knowledge Graph + Continuous Signal Monitoring
The platform learns and remembers every client — their ICP, competitors, positioning, and engagement history. Every pipeline run gets smarter because it builds on what came before. Continuous market monitoring watches for competitive moves, funding events, and market shifts — turning the platform from a camera into a security system.
Synthesis
Q3 2026Cross-Artifact Intelligence + Competitor Narratives
‘Brief me on Client X before my 2pm call.’ The platform synthesizes across all prior reports, signals, and knowledge into a coherent executive briefing in seconds. Competitor analysis evolves from channel audits to strategic narratives: not just what competitors do, but what they’re trying to become.
Orchestration
Q3 2026Mission-Based Workflows + Audience-Targeted Outputs
Users stop thinking in pipeline stages and start thinking in outcomes: ‘I need to win a pitch by Thursday.’ The platform auto-plans which intelligence stages to run, skips what’s already been done, and sequences the rest. One intelligence base, reformatted automatically for the CEO, the sales team, or the board.
Reasoning
Q4 2026Strategic Implications + Learning from Corrections
Every report ships with discrete ‘so what?’ judgments — not buried in prose, but as trackable, scoreable strategic implications the user accepts, rejects, or refines. Every human correction makes the next output better. The platform develops institutional memory of its own mistakes.
Growth Engine
Q4 2026Prospecting Signals + Outcome-Driven Effectiveness
The platform that helps serve current clients also identifies the next ones — surfacing funding rounds, market heating, and competitive disruptions that match the agency’s expertise. Win/loss tracking builds a proprietary effectiveness model: which types of intelligence, at which depth, for which verticals, actually win deals. That’s the moat no competitor can replicate.
Each phase delivers standalone value. Phase 1 transforms the daily experience. Phase 5 makes the platform irreplaceable. The full roadmap represents 51–64 engineering issues across 11–14 weeks — already scoped, architected, and ready for execution.
Compounding Intelligence
Every client engagement makes the platform smarter. Every correction tunes the output. Every recorded outcome sharpens the recommendations. After 200 engagements, the effectiveness model is proprietary data no competitor can replicate — regardless of their model access.
Why Now
AI inference costs have collapsed. Two years ago, the research quality ClarixMIA delivers cost $500/hr from a consultant or $15K/yr from an enterprise platform. Today it costs $59/month to deliver it at scale for a solo practitioner.
The SMB SaaS motion is proven. Vertical tools at accessible price points are displacing enterprise bloat across every professional services category. And no one has built the workflow layer for agency intelligence yet — the enterprise tools ignored the market, and the AI chatbots commoditized the output without solving the process.
The window is open. I'm building before it closes.
Why Me
I'm not a first-time builder guessing at enterprise complexity. I've spent the last 6+ years as the internal startup inside a $5B global food manufacturer.
At Lamb Weston, I built and led the technology innovation function from the ground up — standing up digital platforms, driving adoption across global manufacturing and commercial operations, and translating ambiguous strategy into systems that actually work at scale. No external agency. No safety net. Just a mandate to build something that didn't exist yet, inside a company that had never done it before.
That's the founder motion. I've been running it for years — I just didn't have equity.
ClarixMIA is built from the client seat — the exact seat the agencies I'm selling to occupy every day. I understand their workflow, their pressure, and their budget ceiling because I've operated inside the same constraints.
- Innovation Leader, Lamb Weston (6+ years, digital platforms, global manufacturing & commercial ops)
- Enterprise Architect, Capgemini
- Principal Consultant, Sparkhound
- Founder, Level 2 Technology Consulting
I don't need a $2M seed round to build a scalable foundation. I've been building scalable foundations for 15 years. This raise funds one milestone.
Traction
“I'd pay $50/month for this.”
“I'm in as soon as this goes live.”
“Can I use this output now?”
Unprompted, before pricing was disclosed. That's not a survey. That's a buyer.
- End-to-end workflow live and functional (v0.9 — April 2026)
- Multiple practitioners in the target segment confirmed willingness-to-pay before pricing was disclosed
- Design partner conversations in progress
- Accepted into Founder Institute Seattle Spring 2026 cohort
The Raise
$110K–$150K
Pre-seed raise
One milestone: 3–5 paying design partners. That's the proof point for a $400K–$600K seed round.
Open to multiple smaller checks. Ideal investors understand B2B SaaS, GTM tooling, and SMB dynamics — and want to help shape the product, not just write a check.
